1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

In all cases involving prohibited conduct, vs555g's determination of whether a breach has occurred is final. Players who disagree with a decision made in connection with prohibited conduct may submit a formal complaint through the support channel. 8 Account Suspension & Closure

vs555g reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the prohibited conduct rules set out in Section 7.
• The account holder has failed to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by the vs555g compliance team.
• The account has been flagged by vs555g's anti-fraud or anti-money laundering monitoring systems and requires investigation.
• The account holder has been identified as being under 18 years of age at any point during their account use.
• The account holder has applied for self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools, in which case the account will be suspended for the duration specified and access will not be restored until the exclusion period has fully elapsed.
• vs555g is required to do so by a competent regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court order.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, vs555g will notify you via the email address registered to your account. During a suspension, access to your account balance will be restricted until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation finds no breach of terms, your account will be reinstated and your full balance will be restored. If a breach is confirmed, vs555g reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the balance held in the account depending on the nature of the breach.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting vs555g support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining balance net of outstanding bonus wagering obligations will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements. Account closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. vs555g may retain your account data for a minimum period as required for legal, regulatory, and anti-fraud compliance purposes, in accordance with the vs555g Privacy Policy.
